Come with us this week as we check out the many winter activities available in Bibai at Bibai Snowland! We first try our hand at snow golf, a game developed for people that miss playing gold during the winter months. Then we tried foot golf, which is playing golf with our feet and a soccer ball in the snow. We also ride on snowmobiles on a special course. We then have fun trying out bubble ball. Lastly, we enjoy ourselves while snow rafting! We also try delicious food at a special yakitori restaurant. Join us as we enjoy wonderful Bibai!

Come join us this week as we visit the production area of overwintering cabbage, a special product of Wassamu that makes use of snow! The cabbage is harvested in Autumn and is preserved over the winter by laying it in the snow. By doing this, the snow acts as a natural refrigerator and transforms them into sweeter and fresher cabbages. Fuji Women's University is conducting research into winter vegetables and salt reduction in order to make delicious and healthy Hokkaido ingredients.
