Chasing Spring in Hidaka

We head to Hidaka, one of the first places in Hokkaido where you can feel the arrival of spring! Known for its mild climate and low snowfall, the region gives us an early taste of the season.
Wowed by Hokkaido’s iconic spring mountain vegetables, we try a jaw-dropping dessert made with the region’s No.1 veggie, and indulge in a lunch buffet full of local spring flavors.
