We’ve all been waiting for the HTB Autumn Thanksgiving Festival, and now it’s just around the corner. This year, Love Hokkaido embarks on its very first gourmet development project! Thanks to a visit last December, a collaboration idea was sparked with Ozora Town in the Okhotsk region.
Joining the culinary adventure is Ozora Foods, a sausage manufacturer committed to using locally sourced pork. After much deliberation, they've chosen a visually stunning sausage infused with the flavors of seafood!
A well-established local confectionery shop also joins in the new dish’s development, creating 'odango' using a specific local vegetable as a key ingredient.
With these ingredients and vegetables combined, they've crafted a prototype dish. What new taste of Hokkaido have they made? Tune in to this week’s episode to find out!
